1. Scope of Service

Jalebi Games grants you a limited, non-sublicensable license to use our applications for personal entertainment. This license applies to any game or app you download from our official store accounts.

All content, including but not limited to code, artwork, characters, and music across all Jalebi Games titles, is the exclusive property of Jalebi Games. Users may not redistribute or commercially exploit any part of our apps without written consent.

3. Studio-Wide Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, hacking, or behavior that ruins the experience for other users across our gaming network. Violation of conduct may result in a ban from all Jalebi Games services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jalebi Games is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps. We provide our services on an "As-Is" basis for your enjoyment.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes related to any Jalebi Games product are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
